		<title>網上花店突圍 年賺300萬 關鍵字宣傳</title>
		<description><![CDATA[網上商店猶如恆河沙數，要突圍而出必先找到「宣傳藍海」。曾於美國矽谷工作的IT人80後黃毅超（John），3年前開設網上花店，以為搜尋平台的關鍵字宣傳「甚easy」，後發現另有一套學問，最終憑特別字眼「99枝玫瑰」殺出血路。現時全年營業額達300萬元，其中近半生意來自搜尋平台。 John跟友人於08年花30多萬成立網上花店「尚禮坊」，由IT轉行當花店老闆，皆因他以為花店較易賺錢：「20枝玫瑰來貨價50、60元，賣出12枝卻高達300、400元，可以賺好多。」加上網店免舖租，網上掘金並不困難。 搜尋者眾 非人人想買 開業後才發現，營運網店是另一方程式，首要吸引網民點擊公司網頁，要在網海中引起網民注意，接觸目標客戶並不簡單。於是John在Yahoo！香港試用關鍵字宣傳，即在搜尋結果中刊登廣告，當有網民點擊該廣告時，搜尋平台才向商戶收費。 John初時選用多數人選用的字眼如「玫瑰花」，亦不設每日付款上限，雖然吸引不少網民，惟部分人只是搜尋玫瑰花圖片，而非有意購買者，John當時一日花了3000至5000元在宣傳費上。 後來他靈機一觸，改用較少人用的字眼「99枝玫瑰」，發現沒有商戶競投，卻有網民搜尋購買。其後他選了一大堆另類字眼，包括「求婚99枝玫瑰」、「急訂花」等，甚至早前歌星草蜢在電視節目上使用的「金玫瑰」，亦是網民的購買目標。 自選關鍵字 了解市場 關鍵字除要有特色外，亦不可忽略英文的使用。他建議商戶，可加入同音或同義詞，甚至錯別字，務求網羅所有目標客群。惟他建議商戶，最好自己選關鍵字，而不假手於人，才可直接了解市場。 不單止鮮花，John現時出售果籃、節日禮品、畢業花束等，他指不少公司秘書會在搜尋平台搜索禮品送給客戶，故公司禮品現成他們收入之一。現時每年營業額達300萬元，其中約半生意來自搜尋平台。「尚禮坊」近期收到部分內地公司的定單，安排送禮到香港，現正研究發展內地市場的可行性。 事實上，玩關鍵詞有很大學問，愈平凡普通的字眼，愈多商戶出價競投，令收費價格愈高。根據Yahoo！香港資料，以「婚紗攝影」為例，6月份最高峰時每次點擊收取100元。 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;- 4點增廣告成效 除Yahoo！外，Google亦有搜尋關鍵字的廣告服務。客戶要確保廣告成效，可考慮以下各點： 收費：用戶要先購買「關鍵字」，愈常用的字愈貴。根據Yahoo！過去一星期資料顯示，關鍵字「cell phone」最高價為400元，最平為1元；「酒席」最高價為398.8元。同一字眼可讓多個客戶同共使用，但顯眼位置就價高者得。顧客每click一次，客戶才單次付款。 顯示地方：Google可跨平台刊登文字、圖像、互動式多媒體和影片廣告到YouTube、Google地圖、Google財經、Blogger或Amazon.com。 同業競爭：Yahoo！單次廣告顯示數目較多，競爭可能更大。以「花」作搜尋，Yahoo每頁14個廣告，Google有8個。 構思關鍵字：以2至3字組成為佳，可考慮產品序號、加入單複數、同義字、錯別字或口語；英文亦偶有別字，如light和lite。有時想免卻太多同類廣告「爭食」，可用「-」排除多餘關鍵字。 &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;- 團購壓價削盈利 網上創業門檻低，但招客難度跟零售店門市不遑多讓。最近團購打得火熱，但黃毅超（John）坦言毫不感興趣，因團購網「壓價」嚴重，如零售價100元的花束，對方要求以半價出售，而每次收益是團購網跟零售店「五五對分」，故最終每束花只賺取原價四分一。 他聽聞行家因而「將貨就價」，出售質素較差的花束，最終被買家「狂轟」，及在fb上留言痛罵，最終聲譽受損。 他研究過不少網絡宣傳方法，包括找網絡宣傳公司以3,000元發1萬封電郵，但發現每花8元才換來一單生意，成本效益不高。他認為，以討論區宣傳最辛苦，因網店須經常發帖，才能保持於當眼位置。至於facebook，則須不斷上載資料保持「新鮮感」，又要安排員工全天候監測，以最快速度回覆留言，當中花不少人力物力。 addthis_url = 'http%3A%2F%2Fwww.agogdigital.com%2Fblog%2F2011%2F09%2F%25e7%25b6%25b2%25e4%25b8%258a%25e8%258a%25b1%25e5%25ba%2597%25e7%25aa%2581%25e5%259c%258d-%25e5%25b9%25b4%25e8%25b3%25ba300%25e8%2590%25ac-%25e9%2597%259c%25e9%258d%25b5%25e5%25ad%2597%25e5%25ae%25a3%25e5%2582%25b3%2F'; addthis_title = '%E7%B6%B2%E4%B8%8A%E8%8A%B1%E5%BA%97%E7%AA%81%E5%9C%8D+%E5%B9%B4%E8%B3%BA300%E8%90%AC+%E9%97%9C%E9%8D%B5%E5%AD%97%E5%AE%A3%E5%82%B3'; addthis_pub = 'jimsunlui';]]></description>
